Last updated: 13 August 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the goCorp website or engaging our services. By accessing gocorp.ae or signing a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About goCorp
goCorp Business Formation LLC ("goCorp", "we", "our", or "us") is a business consultancy registered in the United Arab Emirates. We provide company formation, corporate services, visa processing, banking assistance, and related advisory services to clients worldwide.
2. Our Services
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- UAE company formation (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore)
- Residency visa and Emirates ID processing
- Corporate bank account facilitation
- VAT and corporate tax registration and advisory
- PRO services, attestation, and government liaison
- Accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance services
- Golden Visa applications
The scope of services for each engagement is set out in a separate service agreement or proposal signed by both parties. These Terms apply to all engagements.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that these conditions are met.
4. Quotations and Fees
All fee quotations are provided in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Quotations are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue.
Government fees, free zone authority charges, visa fees, and third-party costs are estimates based on prevailing rates at the time of quotation. These may change without notice and are payable in addition to goCorp's professional fees. We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding.
A deposit (typically 50% of professional fees) is required before work commences. The balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 7 calendar days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to pause or suspend services on overdue accounts.
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store card details. All payments are non-refundable except as set out in Section 6.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Professional fees paid to goCorp are non-refundable once work has commenced, including any government or authority submissions made on your behalf.
If you cancel before we have commenced work, we will refund your deposit less a 10% administration fee. Government fees and third-party costs paid out on your behalf are not refundable unless recovered from the relevant authority.
If a licence or visa application is rejected by a government authority through no fault of goCorp (e.g. due to incorrect information supplied by the client), our professional fees are not refundable. We will, however, assist with any resubmission at a reduced fee.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents as requested
- Notify us immediately of any changes to information previously supplied
- Respond to requests for additional information within a reasonable time (typically 5 business days)
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion
- Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
We reserve the right to terminate our engagement if we discover or reasonably suspect that any information provided is false, misleading, or provided for an unlawful purpose. In such cases, fees paid are forfeited.
8. Timelines
We provide estimated timelines based on current government processing times, which can change without notice. goCorp accepts no liability for delays caused by government authorities, third parties, or by the client's failure to supply documents or information promptly.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, goCorp's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the fees paid by you to goCorp in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunity, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to deliver our services, comply with legal obligations, or as set out in our Privacy Policy.
