goCorp Business Formation LLC is a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, specialising in company formation, corporate services, visa processing, and business consultancy. Our registered office is in Dubai, UAE.

We collect information in three ways:

Information you provide directly

• Name, email address, and phone number when you submit a quote request or contact form
• Passport copy, Emirates ID, and business documents required to process your company formation or visa application
• Payment information processed securely through our payment provider (we do not store card details)
• Communications with our team via email, WhatsApp, or phone

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, and navigation paths on our website
• Referring URLs and search terms
• Cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Policy)

Information from third parties

• Public business registry data used to verify company details
• Analytics and advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver and manage the company formation, visa, banking, and compliance services you engage us for
• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
• Send you service updates, appointment reminders, and document requests

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• UAE government authorities — free zone authorities, DED, ICA, MOHRE, and other regulatory bodies as required to process your application
• Service providers — cloud hosting, payment processors, email platforms, and CRM tools that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements
• Professional advisors — lawyers and accountants bound by confidentiality obligations
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as a business asset

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to deliver our services and comply with legal obligations. For corporate formation documents, we typically retain records for a minimum of 5 years in line with UAE commercial law. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion.

Under the UAE PDPL and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the UAE data protection authority

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable precautions to protect your data.

Some of our service providers are located outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protection mechanisms.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
